This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As a Supplier Management Analyst, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. You'll work on the Global Procurement Applications team and report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Administer Hilton's Supplier Management processes on the Smart Spend (Coupa) platform including supplier enablement, catalogs, and risk.
Promote process compliance with internal team members and suppliers to complete supplier tasks.
Provide system support and training to system users.
Work with Hilton's internal and external partners to review process improvements and to ensure department goals are met.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Internal Hilton partners such as category managers, spenders, and accounting.
External partners such as suppliers and hotel team members.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
Manage supplier processes including reviewing and approving supplier forms, supplier catalogs, and supplier risk.
Respond to user questions related to supplier management, catalog management, and supplier risk.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Two (2) years of professional working experience
One (1) year working in Procurement or Accounting
Experience using Coupa (or similar procurement software)
Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN
It would be useful if you have:
BA/BS Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Accounting, Procurement or related field
Five (5) years of professional working experience
Three (3) years of working in Procurement or Accounting
Certifications in Procurement or Accounting
