Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand and Guwahati for an Architect / Interior Designer / Urban Planner. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and producing detailed plans and presentations for architectural, interior, and urban projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, supporting project management activities, and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. The position requires participation in site visits, measurements, and inspections, as well as collaboration with consultants and contractors to support smooth execution. The professional will also contribute to design research, material selection, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and timeline tracking.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, and Master degree in Urban Planning, or a closely related field.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, GIS or similar) and basic understanding of BIM workflows.
Strong spatial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and design quality.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building codes, and urban development regulations is an advantage.
