Sr Network Engineer, Routing & Switching / Meraki

What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Network Operations support for larger and more complex projects.
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
• Plans, performs and implements process improvement and/or change management initiatives.
• Develops and implements processes to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
• Develops policies, methods and procedures in support of business processes change management.
• Ensures that changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion and works with impacted users to help minimize disruption to ongoing work processes.
• Develops and authors methods and procedures / job aides, processes and other formalized documents based on business requirements.
• Measures network performance against process requirements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
