Evidence Strategy Lead

Job Overview
Serve as a therapeutic and/or operational expert throughout the new business and program/project delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead real-world evidence (RWE) study strategy development
Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to develop competitive and operationally feasible solutions for client opportunities.
Provide expertise in protocol assessment, feasibility strategy, site and country selection, patient recruitment, and study execution planning.
Support proposal development, bid defense meetings, and client presentations.
Ensure effective transition of study strategy to project delivery teams and provide strategic guidance throughout study execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence (RWE), feasibility, or drug development.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Clinical Project Management/Real World Evidence/ Feasibility / Protocol Development /Study Strategy
