Are you a recent high school, vocational school, or university graduate with a passion for manufacturing, technology, and hands-on problem-solving? Join our team as a Graduate Trainee Program Molding Technician and gain practical experience with modern injection molding processes while learning from experienced industry professionals.
Location: Osijek
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
What You'll Do
Support the Molding team in setting up, monitoring, and operating injection molding machines and related equipment.
Assist with process adjustments and basic troubleshooting to help ensure product quality and efficient production.
Learn about mold installation, machine start-ups, changeovers, and process optimization.
Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college, or university in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Previous internship, apprenticeship, project work, or practical technical experience is an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, injection molding, mechanical systems, or production equipment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
