Job Description
The Account Maintenance Callback Officer is responsible for conducting callback verification and customer authentication for account maintenance requests, ensuring all customer instructions are accurately verified and processed in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing supporting documents, identifying discrepancies, managing risk and compliance controls, escalating exceptions where necessary, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers from Singapore and China.
