If you are 3rd year or 4th year university student interested in HR profession and want to learn and develop yourself; this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects.
This is a paid internship position.
Responsibilities
Support strategic HR projects
Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities
Assist in HR systems
Support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications
Being a 3rd or 4th-year university, or master's degree student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar fields
Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Result-oriented and eager to learn
Good and effective communication skills
Proactive and team player
Interested in the HR field
Open to work from the office in line with the university course schedule (Location: Ankara, Çankaya- Çayyolu).
