Production Supervisor

Supervises the daily activities of a production team by monitoring productivity; accountable for results of the team. Trains new team members on processes. (50%)
Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes. (20%)
Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts an escalation point of contact. (10%)
Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance. (10%)
May coach other supervisors in performance management decisions and provide input to performance reviews. (10%)
Other duties as assigned.
