About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive people outcomes that enable business success.
As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy, leading organizational change, building leadership capability, and driving employee engagement across the business. This role requires strong expertise in Industrial Relations, employee relations, and supporting operational workforces in complex environments.
What You'll Do
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals.
Provide advice on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, leadership development, diversity, and capability-building initiatives.
Drive change and transformation programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations.
Coach leaders to enhance leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
Leverage people analytics and insights to support workforce decisions and business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and governance requirements.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams to continuously improve people processes and employee experience.
What You'll Bring
Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
12+ years of HR experience, including significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.
Proven experience managing Industrial Relations matters and EBA negotiations.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience with HR systems and people analytics platforms such as Workday.
