IT Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite IT Analyst with a strong background in IT infrastructure and hands-on experience maintaining and deploying infrastructure components, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that implementations are delivered according to requirements, standards, and timelines.
Candidates should also possess strong experience in End-User Computing (EUC) and infrastructure support, with a proven ability to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for end-user computing issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
Execute laptop lifecycle management, including imaging, provisioning, deploying, and patching devices during hardware refresh cycles.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripheral assets, and network equipment.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
Assist in the management and maintenance of server and storage systems. Maintain and organize rack/closet areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper cable management.
Support IT projects, such as equipment refreshes, software rollouts, and office moves.
Liaise and communicate effectively with both local business units and global IT stakeholders regarding outages, upgrades, and project delivery.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal service delivery.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain knowledge base integrity.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience/certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC) and IT infrastructure support.
Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory.
New build project experience (hands-on involvement preferred).
Solid grasp of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols) and hands-on experience configuring switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs) - ideally with vendors like Cisco, Dell or Palo Alto.
Comfortable with physical racked-and-stacked hardware deployment, structured cabling standards, and UPS etc. Ability to work independently in a field environment with minimal supervision.
Travel to multiple office locations, remote sites and offices as needed.
