Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

About this position:
The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.
What you'll do:
Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department.
Interact closely with loan processors and lenders.
Responsible for booking loans in Silverlake system.
Prepare and file UCC Continuations.
Maintain insurance tracking – Communication with members & insurance agents for policy coverage on loan renewals.
Escrow monitoring and order tax service contracts.
Handle general Member inquires, both external and internal. Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority.
LaserPro Doc Prep/Review.
Imaging of loan documents.
HMDA/Adverse Action reports.
Construction loan monitoring and disbursements.
All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good verbal & written communication and effective problem-solving skills.
Time management for understanding the urgency of Member needs.
