Sustainable Product Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager – Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance projects, ensuring Nexperia meets evolving customer, industry, and ESG requirements.
What You Will Do
Monitor sustainability regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Lead compliance projects related to PPWR, ESPR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), and other sustainability initiatives.
Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and implementation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and risks.
Represent Nexperia in industry working groups and sustainability initiatives.
Support customer requests related to sustainability and product compliance.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience in sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or regulatory project management.
Knowledge of circular economy, PPWR, ESPR, DPP, and related sustainability regulations.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
