Actuarial Director

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver Business Plan results, including results consolidation and presentation and timely submission
Summarise key information and messages from Business Plan to facilitate efficient strategy discussion.
Drive the monthly forecast on NBV, core earnings and expense gap and prepare presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
Work closely with the Product Pricing Team, Distribution, Strategy, Controllers and regional teams in the business plan and forecast process.
Oversee working and control validation to ensure the integrity of the business plan and forecast workflow.
Manage enquiries related to business plan and forecast from various stakeholders, including both internal and regional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified fellow of a professional actuarial organisation
Minimum 10 years’ of relevant working experience in insurance industry
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable to function effectively as both an individual contributor and a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
Solid actuarial knowledge and experience
Capable to deliver results under pressure and within tight timeline
Effective command of English, both spoken and written
