£27,500 - £40,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Job Description
Reed is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Crawley office, taking sole responsibility for the Industrial recruitment market across Sussex.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for greater autonomy, or for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As the dedicated Industrial specialist for Sussex, you'll have the freedom to develop your own market, build long-term client partnerships, and grow a highly profitable desk within a supportive and high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to placement
Developing and growing the Industrial recruitment market across Sussex
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Conducting face-to-face client meetings across the region
Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and networking
Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Working closely with colleagues across Reed to maximise opportunities within the wider Sussex market
Who We're Looking For

Experienced recruiters looking to take ownership of their own market
Strong sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and driving business growth
Hold a full UK driving licence, as regular travel across Sussex will be required
