This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office.
Shift: -NIGHT/US SHIFT. 6:30 pm-3:30 am IST.
Remote applicants will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex denial issues.
Analyze AR and denial trends to identify areas for process improvement.
Initiate and lead payer calls for escalated denial inquiries and disputes.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce denial rates and improve reimbursement outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of denials.
Mentor Level 1 associates on advanced denial management techniques and best practices.
Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims as required.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of denial management activities and outcomes.
Requirements
Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AR/Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
Proficiency in medical billing software and denial tracking systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with payers and negotiate claim resolutions.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
