Digital Marketing Manager, Perpetual Wealth

Perpetual Wealth is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our digital marketing capability, driving lead generation, conversion optimisation and digital performance across our wealth management businesses.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our digital ecosystem, including website strategy, content management, digital analytics, marketing technology and user experience, while partnering closely with senior business leaders, technology teams and external agency partners.
As part of an exciting new chapter, Perpetual Wealth will soon become a standalone business as part of the recently announced acquisition by Bain Capital. This creates a unique opportunity to join a business focused on growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Product and Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence and marketing technology capability to support business growth and client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the ongoing development, optimisation and management of Perpetual Wealth’s websites and digital platforms
Driving SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), analytics and emerging digital capabilities including AI-enabled marketing initiatives
Designing and implementing lead generation, nurture and conversion programs
Managing website content, campaigns and digital experiences through Optimizely
Developing and executing A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives
Leveraging digital insights and campaign data to optimise marketing performance
Working closely with technology teams and agency partners to deliver enhancements, integrations and digital innovation
Supporting marketing automation initiatives and customer journey optimisation
Acting as the key business owner for marketing technology platforms, website governance and digital best practice
About you
You are a commercially minded digital marketing professional who combines strong technical capability with strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
To be successful, you will bring:
Essential Experience
5+ years' experience in digital marketing, website management or marketing technology roles
Hands-on experience with Optimizely, essential
Experience managing enterprise websites, digital content and lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, website optimisation and digital customer journeys
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and digital performance reporting
Proven ability to use data and insights to drive measurable business outcomes
Experience working with content management systems, website publishing and digital governance
Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Desirable Experience
Experience within financial services or another regulated industry
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design principles
Experience with digital experimentation, A/B testing and personalisation
