Foreign Trade Classification Data (FTCD) Process Rollout Specialist (f/m/div)

Document and visualize the current end-to-end FTCD process landscape and related activities.
Support the implementation of process improvements and harmonization initiatives together with business stakeholders.
Contribute to the global rollout of FTCD processes and related transformation initiatives, including lessons learned from the HS Code Review Project.
Coordinate rollout activities, stakeholder alignment, training preparation, and communication actions.
Support operational and project-related activities to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
Act as a key support to the FTCD Process Owner and contribute to the continuous optimization of tariff classification processes.
Support the handover of stabilized processes and governance structures to the responsible process organization.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in process management, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
Experience supporting rollout, documentation, or change management initiatives.
Experience in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related business functions is an advantage.
Know-how
Process documentation and visualization.
Continuous Improvement (CIP) methodologies.
Rollout planning and stakeholder coordination.
Change management and training support.
Experience with SAP, GTS, T&R, and Docupedia is an advantage.
Languages
English – Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
German – Nice to have.
Portuguese – Nice to have.
