Senior Onboarding Officer

NOTE: This role does not offer Relocation or Sponsorship. Applicants must be eligible to work in Isle of Man.
As a Senior Onboarding Officer, you'll be responsible for reviewing and approving corporate account applications, ensuring all client due diligence requirements have been satisfied and that applications meet regulatory, internal and group standards.
Working closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance teams and clients, you'll assess complex ownership structures, verify source of wealth and source of funds, conduct client risk assessments and support the efficient onboarding of new business.
Minimum Qualification:
Secondary/High school/A levels
Experience Required :
Experience in corporate client onboarding within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of AML, KYC, CDD and client risk assessment requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Key Outputs :
Review and assess corporate account applications to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct corporate KYC, AML and client due diligence reviews, including beneficial ownership verification.
Assess client risk ratings and identify any potential financial crime, sanctions, PEP or adverse media concerns.
Validate source of wealth and source of funds documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Prepare files for approval and ensure all onboarding requirements are satisfied before account opening.
