Head of Digital Enabler (m/f/d)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead and develop an experienced team of digital professionals.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve internal processes and services.
Translate business needs into practical digital solutions together with stakeholders across Deutsche Telekom.
Own the end-to-end delivery of your service portfolio, ensuring quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
Build trusted partnerships with internal customers, senior leaders and international stakeholders.
Manage budgets, forecasts and resources while balancing business priorities with people development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You are an experienced leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across cultures and motivate teams through change.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
Master's degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a corporate environment.
Excellent English (C1) and German (minimum B2).
Proven experience leading international teams and driving organizational or digital transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Experience managing budgets, resources and business priorities.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business value.
The ability to inspire people, make decisions and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
The selection process includes a leadership assessment evaluating leadership capabilities and fit with DTAG leadership and quality standards. A successful completion is required to proceed further in the hiring process.
