Permit Coordinator

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Permits Specialist to manage the permitting process for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical projects. The Permits Specialist will coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, field technicians, project managers, and internal operations teams to ensure permits are accurately obtained, tracked, updated, and closed in a timely manner. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with applicable city, county, and state requirements while supporting efficient project completion.
