Where You’ll Make a Difference
Assist the production team in executing various manufacturing processes, including compounding, dispensing, and packaging activities.
Contribute to the preparation and handling of materials required for production operations.
Support routine cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards within the production area.
Ensure the work environment remains safe, sanitary, and compliant with internal and external regulations.
Participate in the maintenance of equipment and tools used in production to ensure operational efficiency.
Compound raw materials into finished goods while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform packing of finished goods in strict adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Minimum qualification: High school diploma in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar production role.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in weighing ingredients using floor scales and flow meters.
Familiar with safety and hygiene standards in production settings.
Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling specific materials.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational accuracy and compliance.
