Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BTP / CPI Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering integration and extension solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes while supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Build and support end-to-end integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations.
Design and develop iFlows, mappings, adapters, and monitoring solutions within SAP CPI.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
Support SAP BTP services including Extension Suite, SAP Build, HANA Cloud, and Datasphere.
Participate in solution design workshops and provide technical recommendations.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance of existing interfaces.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
Support proposal development, estimations, and presales activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP and SAP CPI.

Hands-on experience integrating:
SAP S/4HANA

Non-SAP applications and cloud platforms
Knowledge of integration patterns, middleware architecture, and API-led connectivity.
Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, OData, and IDoc technologies.
Familiarity with JavaScript, Groovy scripting, and SQL.
Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, and certificates.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Integration Suite.
SAP BTP Certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Consulting experience within a global systems integrator or multinational environment.

They are responsible for data modeling, design and realization of integrations, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical and functional application management of integrations between client-specific package/SaaS based solutions and other systems.

Able to provide packageorSaaS based end to end integration solutions, Data modeling, Data Migration solutions. Able to manage multiple products under portfolio. Able to manage a large team and manage customer escalations. You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure, and operate at a director level in major client organizations. You are responsible for technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle. Able to participate in bids and proposals. Able to manage the project financials.
