The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the face of the building, delivering a five-star hospitality experience for occupiers, guests, agents, and visitors. Working closely with the Property Management team, you'll help foster a welcoming community, support events and engagement initiatives, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
This role would suit someone from a hospitality, hotel, serviced office, aviation, events, retail, or customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver a warm, professional welcome and memorable customer experience at every interaction.
Act as an ambassador for 55 Ludgate Hill and the Colliers Beyond brand.
Build strong relationships with occupiers, visitors, agents, and stakeholders.
Coordinate visitor arrivals and manage the property's visitor management systems.
Support occupier engagement initiatives, community events, and social value programmes.
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital screen communications.
Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective occupiers, showcasing the building and its amenities.
Arrange occupier services including restaurant bookings, transport, local recommendations, and event support.
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Ensure all reception and customer-facing areas remain immaculate at all times.
Monitor and report building issues, liaising with Facilities Management and service partners.
Maintain accurate records and databases while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Support health and safety procedures and uphold all company policies and standards.
About You
You'll bring a genuine passion for service and enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others.
We're Looking For:
Experience within hospitality, hotels, airlines, events, customer service, retail, concierge, serviced offices, or premium front-of-house environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A desire to continuously improve and elevate the customer experience.
