As a Senior Associate, GDCM, Messaging Implementation, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Messaging team reporting to Manager, Global Deployment & Change Management you will support projects including Messaging.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Supervise a team of Associates in the implementation and deployment of Messaging solutions across Hilton's hotel portfolio.
Deliver training and change management activities to support adoption, achieve intended business outcomes, and minimize operational disruption during deployments.
Manage deployment activities by maintaining project trackers, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with partners, and ensuring project milestones and timelines are achieved.
Plan and facilitate presentations, workshops, and conference sessions, and oversee on-site hotel installations as needed while applying program management methodologies and standard processes.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Will collaborate with 3rd party partner, Hilton Product Management Team, and Hilton Support Team (to name a few)
Weekly Project Management Meetings – Internal & External
Projects you'll take ownership of:
Messaging Implementation
Onboarding new integrators to the Messaging program, when needed
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology, Project Coordination, Software Implementation, or a related field
Two (2) years of hospitality operations experience.
Two (2) years of experience coordinating software, system, or technology implementations, deployments, upgrades, or migrations.
Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies through project completion.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, deployments, or workstreams while meeting established deadlines.
Experience facilitating project meetings and communicating project status, implementation timelines, risks, and outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
Willing to travel up to 30% (sometimes with short notice) and willing to work with a flexible schedule to satisfy the needs of projects outside of North America
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Hospitality-based business experience, with a mix of operational and technology roles
