ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Event Specialist, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of Summit, Tour and Tier 1 tradeshows. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven event professional who takes full ownership of event programs end-to-end — from stakeholder alignment and content development through vendor management and on-site delivery. The candidate should bring strong program management skills, the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes, and a track record of delivering high-impact partner experiences at scale in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What we do:
- Manage end-to-end event workstreams and program areas including venue management, executive programming, expo, public spaces, space planning, F&B, transportation, keynote, and more.
- Drive event project plans and documentation, maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and status reporting across multiple concurrent events
- Manage vendor and cross-functional team relationships, overseeing deliverables, contracts, budgets, and proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues
- Lead on-site event execution, directing teams across registration, room management, speaker coordination, and real-time problem-solving
- Own post-event analysis and reporting, synthesizing data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or a related discipline
- Strong project management, time management, organizational, and execution skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in an events role
