Prior IT HIRING Experience Required
Compensation:
● Probation: 3 months - Rs. 10,000
● Pay: Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 per month post probation
Incentives (Quarterly) Post Probation
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling
● Conduct video screening of candidates
● Coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process
● Take complete ownership of assigned leads
● Work proactively and consistently meet hiring targets
