Customer Support Agent (UK)
Location / Work Arrangement: Hybrid (UK) ( weekdays early shifts in office/lates WFH. Weekends - wfh )
Contract Type: Part-time 35 hours
Working Hours: Shift-based, scheduled across Mon–Sun, between 9:00am–11:00pm
Role Purpose: Deliver omnichannel customer support (chat, calls, email) to our Restaurant Partners (RPs), resolving queries end-to-end while adhering to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound support across chat, phone, and email, meeting SLA targets
- Support RPs with account changes, complaints, and account updates
- Review and resolve invoice-related queries
- Own issues end-to-end, from first contact through to resolution
- Work with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues
- Identify reactive upsell opportunities during calls (commission available on successful upsells)
Compensation:
- Base salary: TBC
- Commission: available on reactive upsells made during calls
- Performance bonus: up to £3,000 annually, based on performance
