Production Team Leader - Chilled Division

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off - Rolling Shift / 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs
Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process.
Deliver training to your team to ensure understanding of requirement and processes.
Collaborate with management to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Encourage open communication, providing feedback and support to team members.
Conduct problem-solving initiatives to address any operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
Effective leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to enhance production efficiency.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and management.
Ability to remain calm in a busy Production environment
