Our customer is one of the world’s leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising companies and a trusted partner of more than 3,000 e-commerce brands. The company operates commercially in 40 countries and is headquartered in France.
The product enables e-commerce businesses to extend their search marketing campaigns and re-engage visitors who have left their websites.
It helps improve online shopping by bringing the performance and precision of search advertising to display advertising. The solution delivers search-like performance: it is measurable, scalable, priced on a CPC basis, and driven by user intent. It enables advertisers to reach more potential customers, increase online sales, and achieve conversion rates and return on ad spend comparable to those of search campaigns.
Personalized banners significantly outperform standard display advertising and other retargeting formats, delivering higher click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.
What you will do
Define architecture strategy and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap.
Lead technical solution design activities for new products and initiatives.
Develop end-to-end features using C#, .NET, Angular, and TypeScript.
Design scalable APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural consistency.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Mentor and support engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Define and enhance testing strategies, CI/CD processes, and quality controls.
Support production incidents, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Contribute to technical documentation, deployment support, and operational processes.
What you need for this
8+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET ecosystem.
Strong Angular and TypeScript development experience.
Proven experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL databases.
Experience with architecture and solution design for enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and engineering best practices.
Experience with automated testing, integration testing, and quality engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with BDD frameworks.
Experience with retailer API integrations
Experience defining or enforcing guidelines for AI-assisted development tool usage on a team, including approved use cases, data-handling restrictions, and review processes for AI-generated code.
Ability to document and monitor AI tool usage for client compliance and audit purposes.
Experience working in Agile and iterative delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to work with substantial daily overlap with Eastern Time (ET), including flexibility to adjust working hours during peak periods, critical incidents, or as business needs require.
Nice to Have
Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions.
Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or large-scale SaaS platforms.
