Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Mobile App)
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Minimum 5 Years
Compensation: Equity Only
FoXX Health is a women's health company focused on advocacy for women. In creating an easy to use mobile app, we aim to change the patient experience. This role will be crucial in working directly with our tech team to design the app, the user interface, and also develop a website to lead users to our app.
The app is currently live in Apple & Google play stores. With a FREE trial available, it would be highly recommended to take a look at the current design if interested in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
App Design: Create visually compelling and intuitive mobile interfaces that enable and empower our customers.
AI Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design seamless user experiences for AI-powered features.
Design Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve our design system.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and product managers, to bring designs to life.
Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile apps, data visualization, or AI-powered applications.
Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Figma & Jira.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies (Flutter) and an understanding of their impact on design.
User-Centric Approach: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
