PRODUCTION MANAGER
Pack Seals Industries is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to join our manufacturing team.
🔹 Position: Production Manager
🔹 Industry: Plastic Moulding & Plastic Seals Manufacturing
🔹 Experience: Relevant experience in plastic moulding and plastic seals manufacturing is mandatory
🔹 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Handle plastic moulding processes, mould setup and production operations.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime and overall productivity.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machines, moulds and production equipment.
• Maintain production records, reports and process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
🎯 Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
✅ Proven experience in plastic moulding / plastic injection moulding
✅ Hands-on experience in plastic seals manufacturing
✅ Strong knowledge of moulds, machines and production processes
✅ Experience in production planning and manpower management
✅ Ability to troubleshoot production and mould-related issues
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Good understanding of quality and safety standards
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Candidates without relevant experience in plastic moulding and plastic seals manufacturing may not be considered.
