Position: Process Attendant
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Shift: 12-hour rotating swing shift, 7:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m. ET and 7:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. ET
Pay: $20/hr

What you’ll be contributing:
Adhere to all safety guidelines according to plant and MSHA regulations.
Maintains two-way radio communication at all times with the control room operator or supervisor.
Assists in sampling procedures.
Inspects and cleans weigh feeders to ensure accuracy.
Observes bag houses to guard against air contaminatio
Walk through the preheater tower and look for air and material leaks, measure temperatures and look for normal operating conditions
Walk through kiln and clinker cooler area looking for proper operations.
Walk through the finish mill circuit and inspect for equipment soundness, material leakage, air leaks, etc.
Makes a complete inspection of the plant at least once per shift:
Walk through the raw materials storage area and check for proper guarding, material flow, equipment soundness, etc.
Walk through raw mill grinding circuit and check for equipment soundness, material leaks, air leaks, etc
Maintain company standards for workplace cleanliness and organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
High school graduation or equivalent is preferred
Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
Ability to perform physical tasks that include walking, climbing equipment, working within confined spaces.
Ability to drive and operate various equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, forklifts, bobcats, etc.
Basic mathematic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations).
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and tolerate extreme heat and cold temperatures.
