About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role provides exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
Understand job descriptions and source suitable candidates accordingly
Work on social media platforms and job portals for talent sourcing
Support in developing and improving hiring protocols and recruitment processes
Facilitate employee joining and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee documentation and records
Assist in conducting induction and onboarding programs
Support HR activities such as HR sessions, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives
Other Requirements
Preferred 2024 - 2026 passed-out candidates
Prior experience in recruitment is mandatory (IT recruitment experience is a plus)
Prior atleast 1 internship experience in HR or related field
Must have knowledge of AI Tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Interest in HR operations and talent acquisition
