Graphic Designer

We're looking for a designer with a strong eye for design, solid fundamentals, and the ability to move fast without compromising on quality.
You'll work across different brands and projects, mostly for the US market. Some projects will have a clear brief. Others will need you to brainstorm with the team, ask the right questions, and help figure out the best solution.
What we're looking for
Strong in Figma — this will be your main tool
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe tools
Understanding of motion, animation and GIF creation
Strong fundamentals — typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, color and composition
Good at brainstorming, problem-solving and thinking beyond the brief
Able to work across teams and take feedback well
Comfortable handling multiple projects with quick turnarounds
Able to communicate and present your work clearly
Comfortable working with US brands and clients, including communicating with them directly when needed
Curious and resourceful — able to figure things out without always needing detailed instructions
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with good taste and a strong portfolio.
We want to see work that feels considered and well-crafted, not just something that looks good in a mockup.
Your portfolio should ideally show a mix of brand, digital, campaign or marketing work. Motion or interactive work is a plus.
We care more about the quality of your work, how you think and how well you execute than the number of years you've been designing.
Nice to have
Experience with design systems, web/UI, motion, AI-generated imagery or working in a fast-moving agency/creative team.
