Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Degree or certification in Project Management / Risk Management / Cost Control (preferred).
Project risk analysis and mitigation planning.
Cost estimation and variance analysis.
Scheduling and critical path analysis.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CEA, CERC, state utilities).
Data-driven reporting and analytics.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Enough experience in power utility / EPC / transmission and distribution/generation projects.
Strong exposure to project controls, risk assessment, project planning, scheduling, and cost management, and cost estimation systems.
Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 MS Project, and Excel-based cost models.
