Manager, People & Culture Business Partner - Fisher Price

The Opportunity:
The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
This role plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence.
Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
Facilitate learning and team building experiences that strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.
Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring.
Partner on talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent development / facilitation, and employee engagement.
Strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset.
Credible leadership presence and sound judgment.
Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
Change leadership and stakeholder management.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
