Experience And Skills
Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP FI-CA solutions for utility business processes, including customer billing, payments, collections, dunning, security deposits, write-offs, and account maintenance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP IS-U functional teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and implement FI-CA enhancements supporting customer service and revenue operations.
Configure and support FI-CA integrations with SAP IS-U modules such as Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and General Ledger (FI), ensuring accurate financial and customer account processing.
Develop functional specifications, support testing activities (SIT, UAT, and regression testing), troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing application support in a utility industry environment.
Preferred Experience
SAP FI-CA implementation or support experience in a regulated utilities environment (electric, gas, water, or multi-utility).
Strong understanding of collections, payment processing, dunning, refunds, security deposits, and integration with SAP IS-U Billing and FICA processes.
