About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in software engineering and Generative AI / LLM technologies.
The role is primarily client-facing and consulting-focused. You will participate in technical discussions and interviews with US clients, support new project engagements, and provide technical guidance and oversight to developers working on ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in technical interviews and discussions with US clients.
Support new software/AI project engagements.
Provide technical guidance to developers.
Review project progress and developer reports.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Help resolve technical and delivery issues.
Communicate effectively with clients and development teams.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience.
18–30+ months of hands-on GenAI/LLM production experience.
Strong software engineering, AI/ML or related technical background.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Previous technical leadership or consulting experience is preferred.
Compensation
USD $40–$60/hour for qualifying interview participation.
Additional performance/management compensation based on ongoing engagements.
