Must have relevant experience in Dairy
Lead milk procurement operations across Maharashtra region
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, societies, and procurement partners
Ensure quality standards and timely collection of milk.
procurement volumes and align with business requirements.
Requirements:
15 -20 years of experience in dairy milk procurement
Strong knowledge of milk procurement
Proficiency in Marathi language (must).
Leadership skills with ability to manage large field teams
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
