About the Role
Paplaj Software Services (PSS) is looking for experienced Integration Developers to join an offshore contractual engagement supporting an Australian-based client.
We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in enterprise integration, particularly Apache Camel, Java/Spring Boot and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Java/Groovy.
• Work with Azure integration services and cloud-native components.
• Develop scalable and maintainable integration services.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Azure services.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, scalability and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of software/integration development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Camel.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integration.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault and Azure API Management (APIM).
• Experience with Docker/containerized applications.
• Good SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience with JUnit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have
• Groovy experience.
• Azure Container Apps / Azure Container Registry.
• Azure Cosmos DB / Azure SQL.
• Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
• Experience with other integration platforms or ESBs.
• Azure or Java certifications.
