Full Stack developer

We’re looking for a high-caliber Application Developer with deep, real-world production experience in Next.js and Laravel. If you haven't shipped and maintained applications in a live production environment, please do not apply — this role requires hands-on delivery, scaling, and troubleshooting at production level.

SEO-driven, high-performance interfaces using Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, Server Actions).
Scalable, modular backend systems using Laravel, architected for real production traffic.
Secure REST APIs, microservice-oriented modules, and optimized workflows.
Databases built for performance with MySQL/PostgreSQL & Redis.
Applications architected with CI/CD, caching, queues, and high availability in mind.
🔥 Your Core Responsibilities
Build SEO-optimized Next.js applications with best practices:
SSR & ISR for SEO
Core Web Vitals optimization
Metadata, Open Graph, canonical URLs
Schema.org structured data
Next/Image optimization
Develop robust Laravel backend services using:
Eloquent ORM, Query Builder
Queues, Jobs, Events, Listeners
Policies, Gates, Middleware (Sanctum/Passport)
Service Container, Service Providers
Laravel Octane for high-performance workloads
Redis for caching & queues
Build and document APIs using Swagger/Postman.
Implement secure coding practices aligned with OWASP standards.
Troubleshoot and optimize systems in a real production environment.
Collaborate with DevOps for deployments, pipelines, and performance tuning.
💡 What You Bring
Mandatory: Proven production experience with Next.js & Laravel.
Advanced understanding of modern Next.js (App Router, server actions, routing strategy, API routes).
Deep Laravel knowledge including architecture patterns, modular design, and scalable API development.
Strong grasp of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies.
Experience integrating third-party APIs, authentication systems, and payment gateways.
Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain systems under production load.
🌟 Bonus Skills
cloud-native deployments.

Automated testing with PHPUnit/Pest/Jest.
Experience in building marketplace or logistics platforms.
