Join a global IT operations team responsible for managing and supporting enterprise Workload Automation (WLA) platforms.
-Workload Automation platform administration, primarily Automic (UC4) and Redwood.
-Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain automation platforms and agents.
-Manage users, roles, permissions, and platform security.
-Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
-Configure and support High Availability (HA), backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
-Support Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL database environments.
-Administer Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
-Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, firewalls).
-Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Python.
-Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
-Provide maintenance, operational support, and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

Responsabilities:
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain automation platforms and agents.

Configure and support High Availability (HA), backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, firewalls).
Bachelor's degree.
English fluency.
Shaping and optimizing our platform operations through the targeted application of AI and automation solutions.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Workload Automation platforms, including architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting
Database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL)
Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems administration
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting)
Scripting and automation (Shell Script, PowerShell, and Python)
Availability for a 24/7 on-call support rotation
