We are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer who enjoys modern web development, wants to work on international projects and is interested in developing their skills in an environment where AI is part of the everyday engineering workflow.
About The Role
As a Mid Full Stack Developer, you will join our engineering team and work on projects for international clients.
Our current project pipeline includes large scale migrations, migrations from Webflow to Next.js and Vercel, new digital products and long term maintenance of existing applications.
Depending On The Project, You May Work On
Migration of existing websites and platforms to Next.js and modern cloud infrastructure.
Development of new digital products from scratch.
Building and maintaining production web applications.
Frontend development with React and Next.js.
Backend development and API integrations.
Working with headless CMS platforms.
Improving application performance and maintainability.
Supporting long term projects and ongoing product development.
You will work closely with experienced developers, technical leads and clients, with opportunities to gradually take more ownership of your work and technical decisions.
What You Will Do
Develop web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
Build new features and improve existing applications.
Work with APIs, integrations and backend services.
Work with modern headless CMS platforms.
Participate in migrations from existing technologies to Next.js.
Work with Vercel and cloud based solutions.
Use AI tools as part of your everyday development workflow.
Write clean, maintainable and tested code.
Investigate and fix technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with other developers and project stakeholders.
Learn and apply new technologies and development practices.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional software development experience.
Good experience with React.
Good knowledge of Next.js.
Good knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience working with APIs and backend services.
Understanding of modern web application architecture.
Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Willingness to learn and take on new technical challenges.
Good spoken and written English.
AI Mindset
You don't need to be an AI engineer. We are looking for someone who is curious about how AI is changing software development and comfortable incorporating AI into their everyday work.
Experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or similar.
Willingness to experiment with AI assisted development.
Understanding of where AI can improve development workflows.
Ability to use AI tools while maintaining good engineering judgement.
Interest in learning about new AI technologies and approaches.
Nice to Have
Experience with Node.js.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience with Vercel.
Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Hygraph.
Experience with Webflow or website migrations.
Experience working on projects for international clients.
Experience with testing and CI/CD.
Experience with observability or monitoring tools.
Experience working with AI powered products.
