Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding
Create visually strong graphics for presentations, reports, social media, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
Data Visualization
Turn complex data into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand visuals.
Social Media Creatives
Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives that are built for engagement (not just aesthetics).
Website & Digital Assets
Work with the tech team to ensure clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital assets.
Brand Identity & Consistency
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms.
Project Management
Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently strong output.
What You Should Bring
Minimum 1 year - Maximum 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a big plus)
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (CorelDraw is a bonus)
Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color
Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization for presentations/reports
Ability to take a brief and actually bring it to life (not just follow it blindly)
Attention to detail + strong aesthetic sense
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bonus Points If You…
• Understand social media trends and what performs
• Have basic motion graphics / reel editing skills
• Can think beyond “just design” and contribute ideas
