About Ask Franni
Ask Franni is building a nationwide network that connects clients with talented interior designers for convenient, personalized virtual design guidance. We’re recruiting our founding group of 12 designers to help shape the client experience and grow with the platform.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced, personable interior designers who enjoy helping clients make confident design decisions. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for designers who want to expand their reach, work with new clients, and provide professional guidance through virtual consultations.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct friendly, professional virtual design consultations
• Help clients with room layouts, furniture, color, lighting, styling, and purchasing decisions
• Listen carefully and recommend solutions that reflect each client’s taste, needs, and budget
• Provide clear, practical next steps clients can confidently follow
• Maintain timely communication and a high standard of client service
• Represent Ask Franni with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
• Professional interior-design experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design work
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confidence working with clients by video or phone
• Ability to translate design ideas into practical recommendations
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Formal design education or professional credentials are welcome, but a strong portfolio and relevant experience are most important.
