Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics role based in Delhi, India. The role involves coordinating daily shipments, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Responsibilities include supporting supply chain activities, preparing and maintaining documentation for domestic and export operations, and liaising with transporters, vendors, and customers to resolve issues. The logistics team member will track orders, update systems and reports, and assist in optimizing routes and schedules to reduce delays and costs. The role also requires collaboration with internal departments to meet service-level targets and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, track performance, and support problem-solving and process improvements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to handle shipments, documentation, and compliance.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency with MS Office tools and logistics software or ERP systems.
Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
