We are looking for experienced Senior Corporate Trainers for corporate learning and leadership assignments across multiple locations.
Locations: Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and other major cities across India.
International Opportunities: USA, UK, UAE and other global locations, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training on Leadership, Communication, Managerial Skills, Behavioral Skills, Soft Skills, AI & Future Skills
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and customize programs
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, case studies and activities
• Develop training content and learning resources
• Work closely with HR, L&D teams and business leaders
Requirements
• 8+ years of corporate training/facilitation experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience training managers, senior professionals and leadership teams
• Comfortable with travel and international assignments
• Relevant training/coaching certifications preferred
Engagement: Full-Time / Freelance / Project-Based / Corporate Assignments
