💼 What We Offer
Compensation: €120,000 – €150,000 base salary (based on strategic consulting experience) plus benefits
Work Model: Full remote: you can work from wherever you prefer within compatible timezones. We only require your availability for frequent travels across the LATAM region. High flexibility and physical presence at client’s facility during project execution are strictly required

⚙️ What You Will Do
As a Manager, you won't just manage deliverables. You will drive AI adoption within consulting processes and across client organizations, working with autonomy, speed, and direct impact.
Project & Team Leadership: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring top-tier deliverable quality, strict timeline adherence, and team professional growth
Client Engagement: Manage relationships with client C-suite executives, leading workshops, decision-making presentations, and operational transformations
Business Development: Contribute actively to business development efforts, leading proposal creation and supporting overall practice growth
AI-Enabled Ways of Working: Actively embed Generative AI tools into project workflows to accelerate delivery and identify AI implementation opportunities for client operations
Data Analysis & Modeling: Oversee complex quantitative analysis and business modeling, ensuring rigorous quality standards and accuracy
🔍 What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
Education: MBA or Master’s degree in quantitative, engineering, or business disciplines
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic/management consulting that explicitly includes project responsibility, client management, and team leadership
LATAM Mobility: Full willingness to travel and spend extended periods on-site across Latin America
AI Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI tools for analysis, research, and content creation
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level required)
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of Italian
Direct experience in restructuring Customer Operations, Contact Centers, or complex Sales organizations
