About the Role
Act as the key interface between markets, business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable CRM, campaign and platform solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for markets regarding CRM campaigns and marketing automation activities
Gather, challenge and refine business requirements and translate them into system and data requirements
Create and manage Change Requests for new requirements and system enhancements
Configure and maintain campaigns, segmentations, filters, workflows, emails, landing pages and forms
Support CRM and Eloqua data management, field mappings, imports/exports and data quality activities
Analyze data structures, integrations and system dependencies
Create and maintain templates using HTML and basic JavaScript
Perform testing, validation and campaign reporting
Provide user support, trainings and troubleshooting for global markets
Support content lifecycle management including asset maintenance, metadata management, reporting and user administration for additional sales platforms
Required Skills
6+ years' experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management or related domains
Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Experience gathering, refining and documenting business requirements
Strong understanding of customer data, data models and integrations
Experience with campaign setup, segmentation, targeting and automation
HTML skills and basic JavaScript knowledge
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
