We want to incorporate the resource, as soon as possible.
Position is to work onsite at client facilities in Orange, CT
This is a long-term contract position.
Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert on VoIP communications, based on Cisco Technologies
Collaborate in VoIP projects. Currently there is an Ongoing project for Call managers consolidation and migration to platform 12.5.
Be part of L3 support for the Networking team in a Multitiered support team
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in IT VoIP with Cisco VoIP Technologies
CCNA or CCNP (preferable 350-801 CLCOR)
Onsite presence in Orange, CT office
Ability to work autonomously and manage client expectations
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
Outstanding organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
Proactive documentation of work
Knowledge of:
VoIP infrastructures based on Cisco Unified Communications design and management
Switching, routing
Familiar with ticketing systems like IT Now.
